1. Who these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the Beckham's Pup Club website and the in-home dog boarding and daycare services booked through it. By booking a stay or using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and confirmations

  • A booking request made on this site is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Your stay is confirmed when Beckham's Pup Club approves it.
  • Space is limited, so please request stays as early as you can.
  • You must provide accurate dates, contact information, and details about your dog.

3. Rates and payment

  • Rates are shown when you book. Holiday dates bill at the posted holiday rates.
  • Payment is due as agreed when your booking is confirmed. We'll always confirm the total with you before your stay.

4. Your dog's health and behavior

  • You confirm your dog is up to date on vaccinations, in good health, and free of contagious illness at drop-off.
  • You must tell us about any medical conditions, medications, dietary needs, or behavioral concerns before the stay.
  • You are responsible for any damage your dog causes or veterinary costs arising from pre-existing conditions or known behavior issues.
  • We may contact you or your emergency contact if your dog needs unexpected care.

5. Cancellations and changes

  • You may cancel or change a stay by contacting us as early as possible.
  • Cancellation terms are confirmed with each booking. Repeat no-shows or late cancellations may affect future bookings.

6. Photos and the Memory Wall

We may photograph or record your dog during stays. We share these with you privately through your dog's Memory Wall. You may share those photos with family and friends, but private Memory Wall links should not be posted publicly.

7. Accounts and access

Your account is tied to your phone number and household. Keep your sign-in number current, and let us know right away if a household number changes or should no longer have access.

8. Limitation of liability

We care for your dog as our own and take every reasonable precaution. To the extent permitted by law, Beckham's Pup Club is not liable for losses beyond the value of the services booked, except in cases of negligence.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the site or services means you accept the current terms.
