• Photos and videos — photos you upload of your dog and photos we take during stays.
• Basic usage data — simple, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used.

2. How we use it

• To plan and care for your dog during stays.
• To confirm bookings and communicate with you about your dog.
• To share private photo updates with you through your dog's Memory Wall.
• To improve the site and keep it secure.

3. What we never do

• We do not sell your information — to anyone, ever.
• We do not send marketing texts or emails you didn't ask for.
• We do not make your dog's photos or Memory Wall public. They are private to your household.

4. Who can see your information

• You and the people linked to your household account.
• Beckham's Pup Club, to care for your dog and run the business.
• Service providers that help us operate the site (for example, hosting and email delivery), bound to handle data only on our behalf.
• Anyone else only when the law requires it or to protect someone's safety.

5. Your private photo room

Your dog's Memory Wall is protected by your phone number and a private link. Anyone with that link can view the photos in it, so please don't post the link publicly. You can ask us to hide, archive, or remove any photo at any time.

6. How long we keep things

We keep your account, booking history, and photos while you're a client so returning visits stay easy. If you'd like something deleted, or you're leaving and want your data removed, just ask and we'll take care of it.

7. Your choices

• You can view and update your contact and dog information through the site.
• You can ask us to correct anything that's wrong, or delete anything you'd rather we not keep.
• You can unlink a household member's phone number, or ask us to remove one.

8. Security

We use industry-standard protections to keep your data safe, and private content is stored so only you and we can reach it. No system is perfect, but we treat your dog's information with the same care we'd want for ours.
